These have become a favorite request by my husband. And because they are so simple to put together, they are one of mine, too!
4 tsp olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef (we recommend grass-fed)
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 TBSP soy sauce
1. Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
2. In a large bowl, gently fold ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce together. Form into 4 patties. (I ususally make them smaller and get about 6).
3. Add patties to skillet and cook, turning once, until cooked through, 6-7 minutes per side.
4. Serve with a big leafy salad and enjoy!
